Hey y'all. I got to see JJ Grey and Mofro the last three nights in Memphis, Springfield, and Fayetteville. I am working on getting some videos and photos uploaded for y'all to enjoy. So far, I have one video uploaded on youtube for Higher You Climb from Memphis Thursday night. Yes, it is bouncy. I was bouncy. I am always bouncy at Mofro shows and you will never get a stable video from me! This video shows JJ using the talkbox -- so cool! Also shows Scone singing backup. The horns and drums were in the dark, and 3 of the 4 have dark skin, so it's hard to tell much about them. Too bad. Stay tuned though because I've got other videos where you can see them great!

Good stuff...thanks ashley! ---------- ...when that gal gets down, you can't help but stare, cuz that frame's lit smokin like a signal flare..she's on fire
Lochloosa at Greater Ozarks Blues Fest, Springfield, MO Friday night. JJ talks a lot on this one. Good stuff. Sorry, he looks a little washed out from the spotlight, and the camera moves too much. No, I was not trying to imitate the Blair Witch Project.

Hey Ashley!! I am officially a member now! Loved the pics you sent me and can't wait to see em (mofro) in Phx next week. Hope it's as good a time as you had, but, um, not likely, huh?! haha
You're so welcome! Glad I can share -- and return the favor of all the other good sharing people.
I have uploaded three sets of photos on my flickr account. The group from Fayetteville has the most photos. Plenty to look at! Clay, you can post any of these on the Photos page of the site if you wish!
i have a video from fayetteville but its sideways and i dont know how to turn it vertically? i was wanting to post it but i dont want to post it in the way it is now, im not the greatest at this stuff so anyone help or have a program on their computer to, i dont believe i have the right editing tools ---------- "come on baby, come on yeah"
Hey Dweez...wish I could help. That's actually not my bag. Is there nothing in YouTube that lets you turn it once you upload it? I know with Flickr, if you upload a photo that's sideways you can change it's orientation; to be honest, I've never uploaded a video to YouTube(!). SOMEBODY HELP OUR BOY OUT HERE SO HE CAN POST THIS VIDEO FOR US! (Sometimes Dweez, you just gotta yell, you know. But let me be the bad guy so nobody tries to beat up on you.)
Hey ants, nice job in uploading your videos! I notice you didn't finish though. S'up with dat?
Yo...hey snaillizard, welcome! Glad to have ya. Stop on in anytime. Kinda like a neighborhood bar, what you'll find is that we got our daily regulars that cain't keep their itchy fingers off the mouse and have to stop in several times a day for a buzz.
Then there's them that pop in once or twice a week just to check things out, listen in on what's happening around the community, maybe yak with somebody once or twice.
Then there's them that come around every couple weeks or so just to check out the scene to make sure they ain't missing nothing.
And lastly the kindly strangers and townsfolk who've seen us but ain't stepped inside yet. We got something for everybody. As long as you're a Mofro fan (and I can't imagine why you'd be here if you weren't) then you'll get along with all these fine folks no problem!

I didn't finish what, Clay? Ya think I am holding out? I noticed you embedded all my videos. Way cool. Lemme see if this works: Someone posted Brighter Days (still waiting to see that one live, I am!) from The Independent last night:
Hey dweezy, I am not sure if you looked into video editing yet, but I just briefly did. It looks like you need to be very aware of what your file type is. Mine are .mov files (standard on my Panasonic camera), which play on QuickTime. Many video editing programs work with only a certain type of file, as far as I can tell. If the program you download/purchase does not edit that type of file, then you need a program that will convert your file to the one that works with that program (i.e. .wmv, .mpg, .avi, .divx, etc.). It sounds pretty complicated and time consuming. Unless you have a MAC. At least that's what a gather from the loyal users of the Apple persuasion.
Anyone else have any suggestions for an easy way to do this simple task?
Hello all! I'm new to the board and to Mofro for that matter. I've got antsyash to thank for that. I was her partner in crime for last weekend's three night stalker session. Memphis, Springfield & Fayettevilel, whew! It was definately worth it though. I saw them once last year in Fayetteville around Halloween, but had one to many jello shots before the show to really appreciate it. This time was awesome! Talking with the guys after the shows made me like em even more. They were all so genuine and nice. Anywho, just thought I'd introduce myself.
(AC tell the fellas Ash and I said hello if you read this. Hope to catch you guys in Jackson in November!)
Well, hey there chickadee Massagin' Lizard! I got a knot in my right shoulder that needs some work! ;-)
Welcome Home!! I'm so glad you're lovin' some Mofro too! I had so much fun last weekend! Thanks for coming along! Woo hoo! ---------- No words can say....
Someone posted a great video of Mojo Workin from Tahoe on 9/17. Look how happy JJ gets when people sing!! ;-) And how about Art on the sax?! Woooo -- chillzzz.... Such a fun song!

Someone posted the beginning of Lochloosa in Arcata, CA last week. Looks like the stage was too small for JJ's keyboard thing. And this is one of the few times the crowd does not know the Mofro anthem. They still love 'em though!
