Happy New Year to everyone that graces our corner of Mofro Madness!!
Once a new year has begun sometimes one will ponder a moment of years gone by. I thought it might be fun to dig up older photos of Our Boys and see what we can come up with. Past and current memebers are welcome. Maybe your favorite pic of you and JJ! Giggles, I would love to see the one of you and JJ singing at the Surf N Snook Summer Jam!
I can only go back as far as 2006. I will see what I can come up with.

ditto, great shots. Vintage Mofro. Even the old keyboard set up for JJ before he built the casing for it later on.

Ha! I know right? Hell, I was a seasoned vet by '05, I only wish I had been taking pics back in '02 & '03...
Actually that keyboard is the old Wurlitzer he used to play. Im pretty sure the wood casing from years later housed the Nord. Different keyboard.
This was an awesome show. They had "rows" of hay layed out for us to sit on. Like we were sittin' :) Was only about 30 minutes down the road from my house. Couldn't have been more than a couple hundred people, if that. John Dude was there as well, check the archive for his recording...

Last March at the Snoqualmie Casino, where JJ will be playing in May with George Thorgood. Mofro is not showing up, as I read on their website....true?

My boyswith JJ after the Woodland Park Zoo show 8/09 They gave him an engraved Lee Oskar C harp, after the show where we parked by the buses, fed the band, and also got to meet Susan Tedeschi too.

Guess I'm gonna have to dig out some of my old pics....if I can find them. I have a few from a sound check they did at Jake's in Atlanta with JJ in jean shorts (only time I've seen him in shorts).

JD, I was waiting very patiently for any shots you would post.....I love the pictures you have posted, and I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the time to locate and post these photos, especially the "vintage" ones (thank you too skotdee). I love the before "manscaping" look. there is just something raw and sexy about a rugged looking man. And a picture with Simonne, now that is a keeper!!
funny how JJ and Daryl have changed thoughout the years, but you have not appeared to change a bit, must be your ultimately healthy lifestyle.
I am truly spoiled on this site!
