You thinking a little vacation Sandman? I guess that's springtime up there then; ought to be gorgeous. Time it right and you could see 'em 3 nights in a row.

We can run up a roll call in Feb or Mar on the Shows board to all these shows. I put the announcement on this board because I didn't want anyone to miss it, especially all the Canadian Mofro fanatics!

I once saw Johnny Winter open for George, and sure thought that should have been reversed. However, I've seen George 3 times, never a bad show. The guy can still get a crowd rockin'. He's got a new disk out that's doing quite well.

I don't care who's headlining, should be wicked!!

Make sure George knows that when Mofro fans drink alone, we prefer to be by ourselves.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

How bout George and JJ singing Move It On Over together as well? Interesting....

And to second what Kcharmony posted, no longer listed as JJ Grey Quartet on the website, just JJ opening for George Thorogood and the Destroyers. Guess we will just have to wait and see what happens?

Keep the faith curty! If they don't, keep an eye out for them in sometime in Jun/July/Aug cause they're bound to get up there then while their doing the summer festival run.

Got all wound up about going up North to the border to sse the boys and George, hell I waited a day or two, then checked again, and hell again, they are playing in my backyard! As much as I would like to be hard core and travel up the interstate a few miles, and kill a few days of vacation, I might just be a wimp, and stay home, avoid the border crossing, and not have to explain the Barbie dolls to the customs agents.
