"Some in the crowd at the Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza were reacting with gawkily un-self-conscious dance moves. "
hmm, I wonder who he's talking about, lol, and i'm saying this because I'm soo used to with all of you dancing in the crowd, especially to this song, when i turn around , usually JD is jumpin to the porkchop line. but at the NYC show people were a little un-florida-like-tame.i felt alone with my dancemoves, towards the end of the show , bunch of people to my right were moving their asses.
my girlfriend that has OB knew all the words to the songs on that record and me and her were of course singing them all!

nice find clay! nice review of the band in whole indeed

Leave it up to the Times to tell it like it is as always, praising Mofro, yet being critical of Shooter and his performance. Of course they use words like faltered and even call one of his song's performance a mess. Could possibly be the answer to our setlist questions from the recent past. JJ ain't gonna play anything live that he knows they aren't ready to play live, less you get a review like Shooter did from the NY Times. Instead, the guys come prepared, in tune with each other, and flat out know how to put on a show! Well, that and the material they have is pretty damn good itself.

Well said DT! Yeah Sunny I loved that, The Orange Grove. That would make more sense down here in Fla.
