It's not listed on Mofro's site, or on Bear Creek's schedule, but both Tourtracker.com and Pollstar.com list Mofro playing BC on Sunday 11/15!

Wooo Hooo! Plenty of room for them on the Sunday Schedule! The Amphitheater stage is wide open from 6:45 on... after GALACTIC!

Damn it! I wanted to go to Bear Creek, but have other obligations. Now, knowing Mofro would be there too, makes me that much more disappointed! :-(

Has anyone heard anything more about this? Since only Dec dates were added to the sched it means this is still a mystery. I checked around where I could and ain't nobody talking. There's one helluva lineup this year...damn!

This is STILL listed on Tourtracker, and also on Jambase.
Couple things... while both sites list JJG&M for Sunday 11/15, there is also a "Bear Creek Mystery Show" listed on their line-up schedule for Saturday nite 11:30-1am. And there's quite a bit of open space on Sunday to plug in, too.
Hmmmmm.....still nothing official though...

Its still listed on Tourtracker, but no longer on pollstar. Plus I just received the new Hercules Powdercamp News, and no mention of it there either. Im kinda losing faith, but hoping to be pleasantly surprised!
Yeah Clay, even with no Mofro its still a hell of a lineup. Ya'll thinkin bout makin it? We'll be there with the whole Chauncey crew in full effect, portable hotel room and all...

on the bear creek messageboard there's a thread about it. the promoter put up a note sayin that even though they would love to have mofro but not this year.
but than maybe it's a big surprise.
there's only one way to find out...GO THERE !!! sick line-up.
I was going to volunteer for the artist hospitality but somebody pulled out and i got the job as an assistant manager for artist hosp. at the musichall stage.....VERY excited about that. lots of cool folks work that festival

Nope. Firefly's right - the promoter nixed this on the BC message boards. Said they hope to have Mofro back next year, and regarding the "mystery show" all bands are on the lineup list, so it's not someone that is not already listed for BC this year.
That's not to say a band member or two might not show up at some point over the wknd. I mean, a few of 'em are within reasonable driving distance, so it wouldn't be a total shock, but who knows?

For those on the fence about going, it would not surprise me at all to see JJ, Dennis, AC and possibly Daryl wandering around Bear Creek this weekend. Wouldn't surprise me if some of them did some sit-ins. Wouldn't surprise me if JJ sat in with Galactic for a song or 2. I'm just saying...
