Gregg and I did pulled pork for 100 Friday - put 110 lbs of butts on Thursday night and pulled the pork Friday morning. And pork fer morning vittles is AWESOME!! It is better than cold pizza I am hear to tell ya…..
Then we did some ABTs for ourselves over the weekend. ABT stands for Atomic Buffalo Turds (we did not name these, when we discovered their existence that was indeed their name). They are bacon wrapped, pulled pork and cream cheese with habenero jelly stuffed jalapenos that are slow smoked over pecan wood………they are smoked until the bacon becomes crispy…….mmm mmm mmmm
