Hey Gang,

I know that if I looked long and hard enough, I might find what I am looking for, but the truth is......I'm lazy. So, how about it ? Anyone got a good opinion on a video of these guys live, with good sound, that I could get my hands on, so that I can play it outside, on the projector, and through the surround sound, with the tiki torches, barbque, cornbread, greens, ho-cakes, peach or blackberry cobbler, watermelon, sweet tea, ....... you name it. Anything to point my Yankee friends in the right direction.

Any of Skotdee's fantabulous Mofro DVDs would fit the bill perfectly. 2/19/07 Skipper's Smokehouse, BSR2, and the really sweet acoustic one from Cafe 11 come to mind.

Skotdee is the man! you can do a ..............oh it is called a, and I wanna say a "bait and switch", but that is not it. a B & P and the P is for postage and the B is for blanks. You send him the blank DL (dual layer) dvds and postage paid padded envelopes to him and he makes you copies and sends them back to you and he have beautiful artwork for the covers too!

Hopefully he will see this, if not, start a new post and title it something like Hey Skotee.

Just throwing this out there, but I know Scott did a little Phish touring as of late, not to mention the Boca matrix we laid on him...so I'm guessing his abscence is due to show edit overload. Good things take time...

Richard, I'll throw the Skipper's 021907 show your way. It's was at or below freezing that night (in FLA) and it is STILL one of the hottest shows I've seen.

Get my contact info from Clay and we'll make it happen.

He's serious about that cold shit man. We only live about 5 miles from Skipper's. We came straight home from there that night and my thermometer read 29 degrees. I know for some of y'all that's a yawner, but for Florida Crackers like me and ES cold like that's just not right.

We walked in shivering and left a sweaty mess. If that ain't worth $17 nothing is.

Oh, I can handle the cold much better than the heat! Though I must admit I was a bit shocked about how brisk it was for the January Gainesville show but the chill didn't stop me from running around in bare feet. I think the mass quantities of liquor and hours of dancing contributed to my thick skin that night!

Hey Gang, I appreciate the offers and I'm dead serious on taking you up on them. So, let's make this happen and within reason, trde, barter, land swap, and I'll even throw in my kids for good luck. 29degrees is too frickin' cold even for my Pacific Northwest ass, and the recent dips in temp, thunder and clouds are making me Jones for the above average sunny weather we had in May and June. This weekend in Eastern Washinginton will be HOT !!!:) So, if any of you are Facebookers, or want to email me,and then I'll trade info, and find out what I can get for you in exchange of some audio/visual enhancement for my summer outdoor screening, that would be much appreciated and cool.....as in groovy, hip, far out..... Now I gotta go and get some sleep, and get ready for my day off tommorow, and go to my youngest son's annual cardiology appointment with the family. Although it is a local visit, it is always a bit of an anxious one at that, just because..... well, my little guy's heart will need more repairs as he grows.... anyways, those ar his buckets of sand, that God gave him at birth, and his job is to carry them, or get help to carry them throughout life, from start to finish. His just got filled up earlier than most, but he's a tough cookie, with lots of help too.

Be well, Little Fella...

Richard, I'll slide the Nervous Turkey BSRII set in there, too...in case there's any women or children nearby that need a good scaring.
