Don't be worrying about appearing ignorant there heathen. I wouldn't known what the hell all that meant even 2 years ago. Plus, if you've got a question, chances are that there's a handful of others out there wondering the same thing.
The shows that have a URL next to them can be downloaded from archive.org. If the date/city/venue does not have an URL next to it then it was not taped or downloaded.
