She must've gotten her drugs confused with my drugs and we were tripping together separately.
She forgot to mention cold. It was cold when we left Ft. Laud, raining when we got to Jamaica (I slept), it was nice in Grand Cayman but then cold as shit coming back. During the final night on deck we're talking people bundled in blankets and shit. If you only brought shorts and short sleeves you better hope you're either from Minnesota or you have a friend with a hoodie. I hate the cold! It followed me to the tropics. I can't get away from it!! HELP!!
Thank you Firefly for taking the time to share, what you could, of your adventure with us!! I can't even begin to imagine a trip like that.....sounds like you bonded well with many folks on many levels. I absolutely adore the story you shared with you and Chris. I have had the pleasure of short, very short conversations with, because he is always busy busy busy. He is one guy that I would like to just sit around and shoot the shit with. Maybe one day.
Being able to just hang out with our boys and NOT talk shop is like a dream of mine. To say, just be in my backyard, eating some good BBQ, listening to good music and just talking bout life.
Maybe after the kids are grown I can venture out on a jamcruise and be writing my own diary on this very board......
