if you take a train from raleigh to the pourhouse ,SC on halloween and the train gets 3 hrs delayed but you take a chance and cab to the club anyways, party and than head back to the train station...YMBAMF.........

if 2 fellow mofro-fanatics from orlando tell you to jump into their car for a seriously spontanously last minute trip to mofro gigs in TN and KY, when you're flat-ass broke...YMBAMF.........

nah I'm just fuckin nuts and slightly insane, there are people on this board who have been to soo many shows and know soo much about the band and the music,songs and places they have played.
clay , who came up with this board soo we can all be mofro-fanatics together
all the tapers, scotdee, johndude, fnovoa and etc
skelley who's been bustin out with all those older shows
..and so on..
it's just a great mofro-fanatic thing

Nice, good advice GTD! I would have to say the same.


The only other loop of 3 I would recommend off OB would be to throw The Truth and She Don't Know with I Believe. That would maybe be for the encore to WYLF, On Fire and Move It On.

If you go tailgating at a concert other than a MOFRO show and every car is blaring the artist performing that evening and yours is the one lone vehicle in the parking lot blasting JJ Grey & MOFRO.......YMBAMF!

(I did this very thing on Saturday, I went to see Kings of Leon this weekend with my sister and treated the entire section of our parking lot to some Front Porch Soul!)

skotdee - been there done that + one. Got the picture of the Lochloosa sign and took a picture in front of the Lochloosa Methodist Church. Then got eatin' up by bugs and ran back to the car. That's one buggy place.

After seeing Mofro three nights in a row, exhaustion comes to mind. It's not like you can just stand there and listen. Your body starts movin' and then there's no stoppin'.

ain't to denying that fact Swamp Cracka. I have never been one to dance it is not too pretty (maybe the hokey pokey at a wedding reception), but when I began listening to these guys, you literally can not sit still and they are the only band that has ever spoke to me that way....so I can see exhaustion is a by product of 3 shows in a row......some day I would love to experience it
