We can try to throw a pre party at my grandmas house in Deltona (right by Sanford)She went back to Puerto Rico for the winter and the house is mine. She has a 3 bedroom house...could be enough to throw down at.

The only down side that it's about 20-30 from the House of Blues, and 20 min from the Park Ave Cd solo show....post your thoughts and let me see what you guys think.

Shit...I was bitching last week cause we had like 4 mornings with frost and temps in the 30s, and a couple days it didn't get out of the 50s. I guess you don't want to hear that huh Junior?

Tomorrow night they're calling for a wind chill in Orlando in the 20s. It starts to look better later this week: Orlando weather forecast

Frank, thanks for your hospitable offer to host a get together. I'm flying 1000+ miles for these shows, so a 20-30 minute drive to the venue is nothing to me but FireFly is my ride, so I would need to defer to her. Though I think a pre-show soiree is a great idea and I am game for a party at g'ma's place ;)

Hey Tank, it sounds great. Downright neighborly of you. And damn we got a long list of folks on the roll call!

The in-store is at 5:30 and will probly finish about 6:15. According to the HOB's site, doors are at 7, and the opener starts at 8. Maybe Danny can help us out with what time the guys are going on. How far is it from Deltona to the HOB??

riverrat: who ever wants to come by my place and chill and drink before the show is welcome.

Since it's my grandma's winter home here (her regular home is in puerto rico) everything is bare in the house in regarding food, beer, alcohol and smoke. But I'm sure we can set something up soon b/c we have 2 days. Since I don't think I'll be making the gainesvilel show I'm doing Otown and after that chilling at her house for a couple of days to get away from the tampa bay area.

keep me posted on here b/c I would like to do this, if not we're all gonna meet up anyway

and clay...please email me your phone number so I can keep in touch with you b/c my grandma doesn't have a cpu in Deltona. =)

well if the instore is over by 6.15 I think it would be easier to just head over to the HoB early, maybe get some drinks/food around there(I've never been there) ,chat with folks, haaang.
I don't think I wanna drive around too much in between both shows

We're heading back to Tampa after this show. So we won't be doing any sort of post-party. Want to get sort of an early start on Tally next morning.

E, I'm not worried about being a cane in gainesville.

In 2004 Dave Matthews Band played the vote for change tour at the O dome and I rocked out my UM hat, My jersey, and my Um sweats..no aggro whatsoever.

I fear my father, horses, clowns..but I don't fear gator fan, gator nation and the city of gainesville.

It's just the drive. Deltona to Gainesville is 2 hrs...and I don't think jake's gonna do gainesville..so I would be driving by myself.

Speaking of PR, I got an in on tickets to the Rays v. PR National team Spring Training game in Port Charlotte. I don't know the date, but if you're interested I'll make an effort to get you a ticket. Sue Webb and myself will be riding out, so feel free to jump in.

E, I'm down to go down there with you guys. Let me know how much the ticket is, and I'll buy it..we can ride all together and i'll help with gas.

In the WBC I am supporting both my teams: USA and Puerto Rico

(which gets me...PR is a commonwealth of the United States why do we have a 'national' team when we are part of the United States? Kentucky, Delaware and my birth state of Massachusetts are all commonwealths..yet they don't have a 'national'team)

A different discussion for a different time with that one

Let's all really spread the word, seriously, let's get as many peeps to the HOB as possible! Could you imagine a sold out show at HOB!? Now is the time to buy a ticket for a freind, or talk your nieghbor or co-worker into coming to see MOFRO with you!

Let's show our support by PACKING THIS SHOW FULL!

In case anybody who went to the Gainesville show last night wakes up in time and has a chance to read the CALENDAR section in the Orlando paper, check out page 29 a great article about JJ and AC setting up for an outstanding show tonight at HOB.
For those who haven't been to HOB on Disneys West Side its a great venue with great sound and plenty of room, may take a little while to get thru security ( be prepared to be scanned etc)
I will not be able to attend the earlier acoustic show, but can be found before the HOB show at the HOB bar on the right side. Clay if you show, be glad to buy you one (just cause your old).
DANNY TM if you read this I am going to check with the Sentinel Music writer and see if he needs a review to be written so if you could come up with a set list at the show,( I am sure I will be near the sound booth maybe, I can do something similar to the Pittsburgh show)Doug

hey y'all

if someone has a kyte account, and also has a 3g network phone that does video, y'all could stream the solo record store gig.

or if skot has his video goin', just run it into a laptop and access your kyte account, the video will go live for all to see.

go to kyte's website and check it out.
